As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will:
· Complete and submit complex salary surveys within established time frames. Determine target markets for salary surveys for the geographic areas in which the Company operates.
· Assist in the development of performance rating guidelines and pay structures.
· Review and evaluate job descriptions, including feedback of recommended changes and salary range and exemption status assignments.
· Assist Department Heads and Managers with issues relative to restructuring their respective department, including titles, salary ranges/grades, job documentation, promotions, etc.
· Conduct internal pay analyses to ensure adherence with Company policies and guidelines and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
· Conduct internal equity analysis and make recommendations within established guidelines to ensure consistency in pay practices.
· Assist with the development and implementation of salary administration policies and procedures, including reviewing and tracking Support Center PARs for policy adherence, assisting Recruiting Department with position requisitions and salary offers, and conducting analysis regarding how performance ratings related to merit increases.
· Assist with salary survey analysis to determine if specific positions should be reviewed or salary structures updated.
· Analyze facility requests for pay rule changes and coordinates with Information Systems to implement approved changes.
· Acts as a liaison with outside compensation consultants.
Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field CCP Preferred.
· 3-5 years compensation experience in a complex matrix organization.
· Previous Healthcare industry compensation experienced preferred, but not required.
· General knowledge of FLSA, Title VII, Wage and Hour and EEOC regulations.
· Strong computer skills, including Excel, Access, Word. SAP, Org Plus skills preferred.
· Strong interpersonal, analytical, written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
· Multi-task oriented.
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
