Session Hosts – Assist the breakout session speaker with their setup , make any housekeeping announcements, introduce the speaker and thank the speaker at the end. Stay in the room during the session to handle any issues that may arise and give the speaker time warnings.  We are currently looking for four volunteers fill each of the below slots. Feel free to volunteer for first and second break out if interested:

                1^st Breakout – Contingent Workers in a Gig Economy

                2^nd Breakout - Contingent Workers in a Gig Economy

Logistics – Aide in placing AACA directional signs throughout Cobb Galleria and assisting during the Forum with providing direction for attendees to the various breakout rooms, restrooms, etc. This role requires the volunteer to arrive by 6:30 so signs will be in place prior to guest arrivals.

Sponsors- Coordinate with sponsor organizations to make sure their tables are setup properly and confirm logistics. Handout survey's at end of event.
