Anne Tyler Hall’s upcoming talk, Navigating Benefits Compliance: Strategies for Savings & Competitive Total Rewards, will explore key regulatory developments impacting Total Rewards professionals. She will discuss the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 and No Surprises Act transparency rules, highlighting fiduciary risks tied to Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) contracts, third-party administrator (TPA) agreements, and other cost inefficiencies. Through case studies, she will illustrate compliance challenges and cost-saving opportunities. She will also provide insights into potential legislative and regulatory changes over the next four years. Attendees will gain actionable strategies for enhancing benefits transparency, mitigating legal risks, and optimizing plan costs.
