Foundation for Hospital Art

Please join us as we kick off our first AACA volunteer event of 2025 with the Foundation for Hospital Art.  Foundation for Hospital Art is dedicated to involving patients and volunteers worldwide to create colorful, soothing artwork donated to hospitals to help soften the often-stressful experience. 

We are looking for 16 AACA members to help touch up and complete murals before they are donated to hospitals and care facilities throughout the US and the world. All the artwork is pre-drawn (“No artistic talent required”) and most have 1 coat of paint on them. Volunteers will help put the 2nd coat of paint on the canvas to complete the mural before it is donated. All supplies are set up and provided in the studio, including a cloth apron.

All new volunteers will be required to sign a waiver and then are shown to their table, given a brief background on FFHA, and shown an instructional video before starting.

Parking

Parking and entrance is by the wooden pavilion. We are located in THE MILL Office Park behind Aldi’s on Hwy 92. (Aldi’s is between Advance Auto Parts & Public Storage). We are the 2 story, darker brick building. Our signs are high on the sides of the building as well as over the front door. We are on the main floor of the building ~ Suite #100.
