Mark has over thirty years of compensation experience – including seven in corporate compensation management at Nortel Networks and seven as a consultant with Mercer in their DC office. In 2000, Mark founded MarketPay, which now provides its On-Line Market Pricing System to over 650 clients. He was CEO of the company until its merger with PayScale in April, 2016. Mark now serves as Chief Compensation Officer, and leads strategic product development efforts for the combined company. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Chapman University and an MBA from George Washington University.
