Please join us on June 14, 2016 for a great opportunity to network with your peers over lunch. This month's presentation is "New Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Regulations and Implications" presented by Trish Treadwell.

Trish Treadwell is a partner with Parker Hudson Rainer & Dobbs Litigation and Employment practice group. She provides counseling and general advice on employment-related issues and has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Georgia Department of Labor, and FINRA, as well as in state and federal courts. Representative engagements include claims for alleged violations of federal and state wage and hour and leave laws and advice regarding employment handbooks, policies, trade secrets, non-competes, and executive and employee agreements.

Location: This meeting will take place at Maggiano's Little Italy at Perimeter Center (map to Maggiano's), which is located at 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Atlanta, GA 30346.

You may register for the meeting at our website on this website under the "Meeting Registration" link. Annual must be paid prior to enrollment. AACA guests and other non-members will be charged $30 to attend. Students will be charged $10 to attend.

Attendance at an AACA meeting meets requirements for WorldatWork recertification credit.
