NOTE: New Meeting Location for October 13, 2015 Meeting

Please join us on October 13, 2015 for a great opportunity to network and exchange ideas with your peers.

We are partnering with Mercer for a great panel discussion.

2015 has seen some interesting developments in the compensation arena, from FLSA changes to the Pay Ratio legislation, all with the backdrop of a growing economy and low unemployment rates. Companies are more focused than ever on balancing compensation programs with a pay–for–performance culture, all while trying to attract, develop and retain talent from 4 generations. Join Mercer for a roundtable discussion to address the following key trends and evolving issues:

  • Recent findings from several Mercer studies, including the annual compensation planning study
  • FLSA, Pay Ratio and other legislative actions
  • The move away from annual performance reviews by GE and others and the implications for compensation planning and administration
  • Best practices in sales compensation
  • The merging of career development and compensation in Career Frameworks
