Program Coordinator: 4 - 6 hrs/mth (excluding meeting attendance, when required)

·         Responsible for all speaker coordination associated with programs; liaison between potential and secured speakers

·         Network with potential speakers for programs

·         Identify speaker needs including travel and program logistic requirements and communicate to VP, Programs at least 6 weeks prior to event

·         Arrange payment of speaker fees and travel expenses by coordinating with VP, Finance

·         Collect presentation materials from speakers and coordinate posting to AACA website

·         Provide on-site speaker and logistical support, when required.

·         Attend volunteer meetings as required

Program Research Specialist: 4 - 6 hrs/mth

·         Develop list of speaker options by topic for bi-monthly meetings, Annual Forum, and other events as assigned and communicate to VP, Programs at least 10 weeks prior to event

·         Collect speaker fee/expense quote, location, biography, video/audio sample (when available), and topics

·         Develop list of entertainment options for Holiday Party and other events as assigned; collect fee/expense quote at least 10 weeks prior to event

·         Research potential event venues for Holiday Party as assigned; coordinate with venue Event Manager to collect event details including event space, event date/time, directions, parking, food and beverage options

·         Attend volunteer meetings as required

Program Marketing Specialist: 3 - 4 hrs/mth

·         Responsible for supporting AACA program marketing and research by developing event postings, announcements, and reminders and managing attendance tracking

·         Draft event announcements and reminders for each program at least 5 weeks prior to event; schedule event announcements and reminders

·         Track and report attendance for each event, comparing to a similar event the year prior

·         Attend volunteer meetings as required
