"Wicked" is more than just a blockbuster musical. A "wicked" problem, by definition, defies easy answers. It’s tangled, complex, and ever-evolving—much like the journey toward pay equity in the era of growing transparency and regulatory change. In the land of Oz, not everything is as it seems—and the same could be said for pay equity in the real world.
Join Sean Luitjens (Salary.com) and Nancy Romanyshyn (Syndio) for a spellbinding journey as they discuss strategic best practices in pay equity, remediating current shortfalls, and working to create an infrastructure centered on preventing and managing future pay gaps.
This interactive and engaging session will focus on:
- Best practices for developing a remediation strategy including budgeting, implementing proper adjustments, communicating and developing an ongoing sustainable process
- Evaluating strategies around the drivers of pay, how you're comparing employees and how to make adjustments over time
- How to transition from how you pay today, to how you WANT to pay
And just like any great story in Oz, your voice matters. We’ll open the floor for questions, and sharing experiences, suggestions, and solutions—because no one solves a wicked problem alone.
Then, we’ll follow the yellow brick road to the patio, where we will unwind and continue our conversation over cocktails—generously sponsored by Syndio!
