2023 Global Job Architecture Practices Survey Results

April 11 | 11:30 AM - 1:15 PM
Maggiano's Perimeter
4400 Ashford-Dunwoody Road
Atlanta, GA 30346

Job architecture is a key component of an effective compensation and human capital strategy for companies that want to continue to stay competitive in the ever-changing world of work. In fact, 71% of the survey respondents are actively involved in a job architecture project or initiative. Job architecture improves role clarity, helps identify talent gaps, strengthens compensation strategies, enhances employee experience, and improves HR functions.

Gregory Stoskopf and Renzo Tognocchi with Deloitte Consulting LLP will share the results of Deloitte’s just released 2023 Global Job Architecture Practices Survey.  The survey is conducted every three years across a variety of industries and includes data from over 300 global, multinational, and U.S. based organizations.  The survey results contain insights on talent management strategies and practices around:

  • Job architecture strategy and design approach
  • Job leveling including number of levels by career groups
  • Job titling nomenclature and career path practices
  • Job description practices (New for 2023)
  • Job evaluation methodologies
  • Staffing of the reward function

With the advent of skill-based hiring, the survey also explores the influences of the future of work on job architecture design.
