Adapting and Thriving as a Compensation Professional in 2022

April 12 | 11:30 AM - 1:15 PM
Maggiano's Perimeter
4400 Ashford-Dunwoody Rd.
Atlanta, GA 30346

With all of the workforce changes over the past several years, Total Rewards has moved into the spotlight like never before.  This shift in focus, while uncomfortable at times, does present opportunities for compensation professionals who are able to successfully adapt their approach and skills to better align with their organization’s needs.  Atlanta compensation veteran Bryan Briscoe will lead a discussion as we explore the following questions:

  • What signs should we be looking for in today’s challenging labor environment (i.e. inflation, unemployment, talent shortages, etc.)
  • What changes will be needed to the way in which salary survey data is used and collected as the need for real-time data continues to be critical
  • How will the onset of hybrid work arrangements affect compensation philosophy and impact differentials
  • Will compensation need to be communicated differently in response to changing workforce expectations
  • With inflation at record levels, what changes will need to be made with merit budgets and mid-year pay adjustments

This insightful and timely session will explore these topics and more while providing an opportunity for sharing experiences and strategies.
