Using Compensation as a Driver for Culture

February 8 | 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Maggiano's Perimeter
4400 Ashford-Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, 30346

Culture drives performance and understanding your company culture is the key to maximizing your organization’s performance.  During this engaging session, we will unpack what culture really means in today's workplace environment and how to more effectively link compensation to achieve higher levels of performance.  We’ll explore behaviors your compensation program may support (or unintentionally not support) while discussing those external influences that are driving changes to compensation strategies and designs.
