Planning for Tomorrow:

How to Build an Agile Compensation

and Reward Framework

August 10 | 11:30 AM - 1:15 PM
Maggiano's Buckhead
3368 Peachtree Road, Atlanta 30326

Beyond quick hits like pay cuts, hiring freezes, and phased retirement programs, join us for a discussion on how to build a career framework that enhances employee engagement, mitigates risk, and supports a sustainable business model in a rapidly changing world.

This session will provide practical advice to help you position your organization for what comes next. Our speakers will address how to:

  • Develop the right career framework to enhance employee engagement, increase operational efficiencies, and mitigate risk.
  • Analyze current labor costs, identify areas of opportunity, and optimize work structures using an organizational assessment.
  • Use a data-driven perspective to navigate an emotional conversation.
  • Assess cost containment strategies, such as severance, furloughs, wage cuts, early retirement programs, and more.
